I Truth
The sight that shines from our eyes
Brings light to the world outside
But the world outside is blind
To that light that shines from our eyes

This is a book on Philosophy.
This is a book on Truth.
This is a definition of a word called Truth.
True is an adjective and truth is a noun
Truth is a pronoun

Truth is a word and it means the opposite of false.
For who knows Truth?
The politician knows truth and the liar knows truth,
but the honest man knows no truth for he knows he knows not all.

If all the beings of the cosmos agreed, then would this be Truth?
But if all the beings in the cosmos ceased to exist, would there still be Truth?

Truth is not something we see with our eyes,
Truth is not something that we feel in our heart,
Truth is not something we devise in our minds,
Truth has nothing to do with us.

All we know and all we see can only be realized by the force that it exerts on our senses or our instrumentation.

Truth is objective, Reality is subjective.

If I closed my eyes would the sun still shine?

When I open my eyes I see my truth,
when I open my mind I see yours.

The lie is inside of us, the Truth is beyond us,
to see Truth one must first escape themselves,
one must become unhuman,
one must become unanimal,
one must become unflesh,
one must become like a stone,
one must become not one.

When I turn my head and look at something I see it,
when I turn my head away from this thing I do not see it
When I become this thing I also do not see it

We hunt for Truth with our questions and try to kill it with our answers,
but Truth is a hermit living in simple solitude,
and hides in our shadows,
it has no use for such vanity that we call wisdom.

We build walls around truth with bricks of reason,
or find safe harbors within stubborn belief,
but Truth is a wild man and lives in a home without walls,
a swimmer in a sea with no shore
so all we can ever know is what it is not.
